Masjid Aid is a service designed to support masjids across the UK by providing: Fundraising support, training, and compliance – all at no cost to your masjid. Our aim is to help masjids stay safe, compliant, and better prepared for the community they serve.

Masjid Aid provides core services entirely at no cost to the masjid. We supply donation tablets to help increase and streamline digital donations, and we offer first aid training, safeguarding training, and essential policy templates. All of this is provided at no cost to help masjids stay compliant, safe, and financially stable.

Yes. All of our core services are provided at no cost to your masjid. The only time a fee may apply is if a masjid chooses optional extras, but these are not required.

We believe every masjid should have access to proper training, support, and guidance without worrying about financial or administrative barriers. Our goal is to strengthen and support the community, not to charge for essential services.

None. We are clear and transparent. Everything included in our standard training and support is offered at no cost to your masjid. Any optional extras will always be explained beforehand.

We work with qualified instructors, partners, and donors who support the mission of helping masjids become safer and better equipped. This allows us to provide the core services without charging the masjid. If you believe in our work, you can become a donor yourself!

Yes. All of our instructors are fully certified and experienced in delivering professional training. They also have first-hand experience working within masjid, maktab and madrasah environments, which means they understand the needs of a masjid and can tailor the training accordingly. Their background allows them to support your team in a way that is practical, relevant and easy to understand.

Alhamdulillah, our instructors are qualified to deliver more than 80 different first aid courses. Many masjids ask about Emergency Paediatric First Aid, which focuses on children, while others request Emergency First Aid at Work, which mainly covers adults. Because masjids have both adults and children, especially with maktabs and madrasah classes, we want to offer a course that covers everyone.

For this reason, the course we have handpicked for masjids is the Emergency First Aid at Work in Schools course. This training covers adults, children, and a range of situations relevant to a masjid environment. It includes a recognised certificate, and the training is provided at no cost to your masjid.

Yes. We provide masjid-focused safeguarding training that teaches staff and volunteers how to recognise, respond to, and report safeguarding concerns. This training includes real world scenarios that are directly relevant to the masjid and madrasah setting, all of which is provided at no cost to your masjid.

Yes. We offer guidance and training on basic fire safety awareness, emergency procedures, and key responsibilities within a masjid setting. This is also provided at no cost to your masjid.

Yes. We can guide your masjid through the basics of Health and Safety responsibilities, common risks, and good practice. We can also offer Health and Safety reviews to give you a real world understanding of Health and Safety in your Masjid or Madrasah. This support is also provided at no cost to your masjid.

Yes. We provide the relevant policy templates at no cost to your masjid after you have completed the associated trainings. This ensures you receive the correct templates that match the training your masjid has undertaken, as well as guidance from our instructors on how to adapt them for your institutions needs.
