We provide: Free Donation Tablets to streamline and increase your digital donations. Free Safeguarding Training (Maktab-focused) to ensure a safer environment for children and vulnerable members of the community. Free First Aid Training to equip staff and volunteers with life-saving skills. Policy Templates to help your Masjid stay compliant with legal and best-practice requirements.

All equipment and training sessions themselves are completely free. The only cost for Donation Tablets is the standard transaction fee on each donation (e.g., Stripe’s processing fee). For First Aid, there is an optional combined certification that has a small per-person charge, but the standalone courses (Emergency Paediatric or Emergency at Work) are free.

Digital Donations: The tablets allow believers to donate via card, mobile wallet, or contactless payments. Easy Setup: We supply the device along with instructions on how to integrate it into your existing donation processes or bank account. Flexible Allocation: You can choose multiple categories of donation (e.g., general fund, specific appeals) and manage them all in one place. Increased Contributions: Many Masjids report a boost in weekly Jumu’ah donations once digital options are introduced.

Masjid Aid partners with Makatib 4 Orphans to bring additional benefits to local and international communities. Each time a Masjid completes our Safeguarding or First Aid training, it helps us extend support to orphaned children’s educational needs. It’s our way of showing gratitude for your commitment to creating safer community spaces.

Level 2 Refresher (3 hours): Ideal if your staff has had previous safeguarding training and just need a renewal. Level 2 Full (6 hours): Comprehensive for those with little or no prior safeguarding knowledge, or if recent concerns have arisen. All courses come with a recognized certificate upon completion.

Essential for Maktab Teachers and Volunteers: Anyone supervising children or vulnerable adults should attend. Trustees and Management: Highly recommended so they understand their legal and ethical obligations. General Staff: Beneficial for receptionists or regular volunteers to be able to spot and handle safeguarding concerns. Recommended maximum size is 25 attendees, but we can accommodate up to 40. Please note that classes over 25 may affect the overall interactivity.

Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (6 hours): Focuses on young learners (ages 0–18) and is perfect for maktab environments. Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (6 hours): Covers essential workplace first aid skills, including CPR and AED. Combined Emergency First Aid at Work & Paediatric (12 hours): Both courses in one; a small per-person charge applies. There is a strict maximum of 24 participants for each First Aid session to ensure hands-on practice and compliance with certification requirements. All participants receive a nationally recognized certificate upon successful completion.

Yes. Both our first aid and safeguarding programs meet UK regulations and best practices. Participants receive certificates that fulfill standard requirements, giving your community confidence in your Masjid’s preparedness.

After you sign up, we’ll work with your team to find suitable dates. Training can often be done on weekends or evenings to accommodate volunteers. We aim to be as flexible as possible so multiple people can be trained without disrupting daily operations.

While there is no strict minimum, we recommend gathering a good group to make the session more interactive. Please keep in mind our strict max of 24 for First Aid and recommended max of 25 (extendable to 40) for Safeguarding when planning.

Absolutely. We offer free policy templates that help ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and other community standards. Think of them as “starter packs” you can edit and adapt to your Masjid’s specific needs.

All donations via the tablet go through secure third-party payment processors (like Stripe). Masjid Aid does not handle or store card details. You retain full oversight of the funds, and all transactions are encrypted to protect donor information.

Donation Tablets: We can ship them fairly quickly, and you can start accepting digital donations almost immediately after setting up the processor account. Training Sessions: Availability depends on your schedule. We typically recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure the most convenient dates for your team.

No, there are no hidden costs or binding contracts. The only ongoing expense is the transaction fee on each digital donation, which is standard for card payment processing.

Our mission is to strengthen Masjids and help them better serve their communities. By providing free resources and training, we create a safer, more trusting environment— encouraging more engagement and sustainable funding. Ultimately, we believe a strong Masjid benefits everyone.
