Level 2 Refresher (3 hours): Ideal if your staff has had previous safeguarding training and just need a renewal. Level 2 Full (6 hours): Comprehensive for those with little or no prior safeguarding knowledge, or if recent concerns have arisen. All courses come with a recognized certificate upon completion.

Essential for Maktab Teachers and Volunteers: Anyone supervising children or vulnerable adults should attend. Trustees and Management: Highly recommended so they understand their legal and ethical obligations. General Staff: Beneficial for receptionists or regular volunteers to be able to spot and handle safeguarding concerns. Recommended maximum size is 25 attendees, but we can accommodate up to 40. Please note that classes over 25 may affect the overall interactivity.

There is a strict maximum of 24 participants for each First Aid session to ensure hands-on practice and compliance with certification requirements. After you sign up, we’ll work with your team to find suitable dates. Training can often be done on weekends or evenings to accommodate volunteers. We aim to be as flexible as possible so multiple people can be trained without disrupting daily operations.

While there is no strict minimum, we recommend gathering a good group to make the session more interactive. Please keep in mind our strict max of 24 for First Aid and recommended max of 25 (extendable to 40) for Safeguarding when planning.
